Restorative and Vini Yoga practice using essential oils to benefit our nervous, digestive and elimination systems and help to prevent disease, build immunity, recharge and renew ourselves.
We will be working with Young Living Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils a standard for Excellence- benefitting us far beyond the aromatherapy aspect- these oils can cross the blood brain barrier, are 100% Pure and have not been denatured. Essential Oils have been used since biblical ties to prevent disease and to aide in the body's defenses and functioning.
